Code of Conduct for the 3rd National Pediatric Disaster Conference

Our Commitment

Coyote Crisis Collaborative (the Collaborative) is committed to inclusion, equity, and respectful treatment of all meeting participants and seeks to provide a safe and professional atmosphere in which attendees may learn, network, and participate in a welcoming environment of mutual respect. All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees and their family/guests, speakers, panelists, volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors, service providers, and all others are expected to abide by this Code of Conduct.

Waiver and Release

By participating in this National Pediatric Disaster Conference (the Conference), you understand that travel and gathering involves risk of sickness. You (and on behalf of your guest(s)) waive and release the Collaborative, it’s sponsors, it’s partners, and others involved in the planning and delivery of this Conference from and against claims, liabilities and expenses arising from injury, sickness or death from contraction or spread of communicable disease due to travel to or attendance at the Conference.

While at the Conference and in the function space, you and your registered family/guests agree to comply with any government, health authority, venue, and/or Collaborative safety and health requirements and protocols throughout the duration of the Conference. You understand that failure to comply with any health and safety requirements or protocols or failure to comply with any direction from Collaborative’s staff on site during the course may result in loss of right to attend or participate in the Conference including forfeiting any registration fees paid.

Photo & Media Release

By attending the conference, I acknowledge that photographs and/or video recordings may be taken during the event. I grant Coyote Crisis Collaborative permission to use photographs or recordings in which I may appear for promotional, educational, and informational purposes, including on the Coyote Crisis Collaborative website, social media channels, and other digital or printed communications, without compensation.

This waiver and release is binding on you and your heirs and successors
